Sadvent Calendar 2015 – The Thothening! 1 December

It's…

Sir Christopher Lee!

Yes, it's that time of year again, and having exhausted our supply of festive ADGE and Vs (well, for now, at least…) we've turned our hands to the throwing of horns – or, as we know it, THOTHING. (Don't ask…)

To kick things off, we're paying tribute to a film (and music) legend in the truest sense of the word. Sod Star Wars, LOTR and The Wicker Man, and even his heavy metal album about Charlemagne – we love him because he once sang about GIRL DRINKS. Farewell, Sir Christopher – Planet Sad misses you lots, like whisky tots.

Planet Sad's Ridiculously Manly Film Still Of The Day

Here's Vin 'My Middle Names Are Ridiculous And Manly' Diesel trying not to let his hay fever get the better of him in a still from The Last Witch Hunter. Personally, we'd like to see him in The Last Which? Hunter, where he rampages through every newsagents' shop in the Home Counties in search of Britain's favourite consumer advice magazine...
